By purchasing or using a Broadcast Pack for promotion within the Collars Pet Care Hubs on WhatsApp, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase or submitting content.

  • Subject to Availability: Broadcast Packs are subject to availability. Collars reserves the right to limit the number of packs available for each promotion period. Packs may not be available during peak times or if there are operational limitations.

  • No Guaranteed Placement: While Collars will make every effort to feature Broadcast Pack content in the Pet Care Hubs, placement is not guaranteed. All promotional content is subject to approval and availability within the hubs.


3. Eligibility and Use

  • Eligible Participants: Broadcast Packs are available to businesses, pet care professionals, and individuals with relevant products or services to promote. Participants must be in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Promotion Purpose: Broadcast Packs are intended for promotional purposes within the Pet Care Hubs on WhatsApp. These promotions can include special offers, new product announcements, or relevant services aimed at pet owners.

  • WhatsApp Platform: All promotions will be conducted within WhatsApp groups. By purchasing a Broadcast Pack, you acknowledge that Collars cannot be held responsible for any issues related to WhatsApp's functionality or service interruptions.

  • Accepted Content: Content submitted for Broadcast Packs must meet the following guidelines:

    • Relevance: Content must be related to the pet care community and should offer value to pet owners (e.g., discounts, services, products, educational resources).

    • Appropriateness: Content must be family-friendly and comply with Collars' standards for respectful and appropriate communication. Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content will be rejected.

    • No Excessive Self-Promotion: While promotional content is allowed, excessive or misleading self-promotion is prohibited. Content should not violate Collars' community standards or spam the groups.

  • Approval Process: All content submitted for Broadcast Packs will be reviewed by Collars for compliance with these guidelines before being distributed in the Pet Care Hubs.

  • Content Modifications: Collars may modify or edit the content for clarity, formatting, or alignment with the Pet Care Hubs' standards. Any significant changes will be communicated to the business for approval.


5. Payment Terms

  • Pricing Structure: The price for Broadcast Packs will depend on the specific promotion package chosen, the frequency of posting, and the level of visibility desired. Pricing will be outlined at the time of purchase.

  • Payment Method: Payments for Broadcast Packs are processed via Stripe or another approved payment gateway. Full payment is required before any content is submitted for approval and scheduling.

  • Refund Policy: Broadcast Pack payments are non-refundable once the content has been scheduled or shared within the Pet Care Hubs. If no content has been scheduled, you may request a cancellation and receive a full refund, provided the request is made prior to the broadcast date.


6. Duration and Timing

  • Promotion Duration: The duration of each Broadcast Pack promotion will vary depending on the selected package. Specific details will be provided at the time of purchase.

  • Scheduling: All promotional content will be scheduled and posted according to the agreed timeline. Collars will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.


7. Ownership and Licensing

  • Ownership of Content: You retain full ownership of the content you provide as part of the Broadcast Pack. By submitting content to Collars, you grant Collars a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, share, and promote the content within the Pet Care Hubs on WhatsApp.

  • Intellectual Property: You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights to the content you submit. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • No Liability for Platform Issues: Collars is not responsible for any issues related to WhatsApp's platform, including but not limited to technical issues, service interruptions, or delivery failures.

  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Collars, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Broadcast Pack or any violation of these terms.


9. Termination and Suspension

  • Breach of Terms: Collars reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Broadcast Pack service if you violate these terms or post inappropriate content. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

  • Cancellation by Collars: Collars may cancel or modify any Broadcast Pack if it is necessary, such as in the case of service interruptions or if the content does not meet Collars' standards. If the content has not yet been scheduled or posted, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
