Service Restrictions or Limitations
- Eligibility: Users must be over the age of 14 and based in the UK, Europe, UAE, or Brazil.
- Prohibited Users: Individuals working for direct competitors of Collars may not use the platform.
3. User Access & Responsibilities
Eligibility Requirements
Collars' services are available to anyone with a relationship to pets, excluding those working for direct competitors.
User Conduct
Users are required to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Respectful and Supportive Communication: Engage respectfully and constructively in all interactions.
- Relevant Content and Discussions: Only post content relevant to pet care. Off-topic posts or spam will be removed.
- Privacy and Confidentiality: Do not share personal or confidential information without consent.
- Intellectual Property: Only post content that you have the rights to. Plagiarism and copyright infringement are prohibited.
- No Self-Promotion or Commercial Advertising: Unsolicited self-promotion is not allowed unless explicitly permitted in Pet Care Hubs or through approved broadcast packs.
- Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Respect for the Pet of the Week Process: Follow guidelines for contest submissions and refrain from attempts to manipulate the contest.
- Appropriate Content: All content must be family-friendly. Offensive or inappropriate content will be removed.
- No Harassment or Bullying: Harassment and bullying will not be tolerated.
- Feedback and Suggestions: We encourage constructive feedback shared respectfully.
4. Payment Terms
Pricing Structure
Pricing for paid services, such as broadcast packs and premium listings, will be displayed on the platform.
Billing Terms
- Users are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis.
- Payment transactions are processed via Stripe.
Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued for any paid services.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership of Content
All content on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Collars Inc. Ltd.
License to Use Content
Collars owns the trademark for the Pet Care Hubs and may license it to others at its discretion.
