Collars reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates community guidelines, including inappropriate or offensive content. The selection of the winner, including the decision to feature three runners-up, is at the sole discretion of Collarsand its guest judges or sponsors, and their decision is final. Collars is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, submission issues, or other errors that may affect the outcome of the competition.
Participants must ensure that they have the necessary rights to submit the content and grant Collars a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the submitted photos, descriptions, and other materials for promotional and marketing purposes.
