Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian if under 18.

Pet Type: All pets (dogs, cats, birds, etc.) are eligible for submission.

Exclusions: Pets owned by individuals who work for Collars or direct competitors are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter: To submit your pet for Pet of the Week, you must follow the submission process as outlined on the platform. This typically involves sharing a photo and a brief description of your pet. The exact requirements for each week will be posted on the Pet Care Hub.

Submission Deadline: Entries for each week must be submitted by the deadline specified in the contest announcement (typically by the end of the week).

No Purchase Necessary: Participation in the contest is free and does not require any purchase or payment.

Voting Process: After the submission period ends, the community will vote for their favorite pet. Voting will be conducted through the Collars platform or designated voting system.

Winner Selection: The pet with the highest number of votes by the end of the voting period will be selected as the Pet of the Week.

Announcement of Winner: The winner will be announced on the Collars website and/or social media platforms, as well as in the Pet Care Hub.

Prize for Winner: The winner of Pet of the Week will receive a prize, which will be announced with each contest. Prizes may vary but are typically pet-related products or vouchers.

Prize Value: The approximate value of the prize will be specified with each weekly contest announcement.

No Substitution: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

Claim Deadline: The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of the announcement of the Pet of the Week. After this time, the prize will be forfeited.

How to Claim: The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided in their submission. To claim the prize, the winner must respond within the 30-day window with their full name, address (for delivery purposes), and any other required details.

Prize Delivery: Once the winner has claimed their prize, it will be delivered to the address provided, or as otherwise outlined in the prize details.

Unclaimed Prize: If the winner fails to claim the prize within the 30-day period, the prize will be reallocated to another pet for that week or carried over to the next contest, at Collars’ discretion.

Manipulation of Votes: Any attempt to manipulate the contest by fraudulent means, such as purchasing votes or using multiple accounts, will result in immediate disqualification.

Inappropriate Content: Any entry that contains offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content will be disqualified.

Respect for Other Participants: Participants should show respect for other entrants and refrain from bullying, harassment, or any other disruptive behavior

No Liability: Collars is not responsible for any errors, issues, or interruptions during the contest or prize claim process, nor for any damages or losses related to the prize.

Indemnity: By participating in the Pet of the Week contest, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Collars and its affiliates from any legal claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise.

Personal Information: By entering the contest, you agree to provide Collars with certain personal information (e.g., name, contact information, pet details). This information will be used only for the purpose of administering the contest and delivering the prize.

Data Retention: Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required to fulfill the prize delivery.

Right to Modify or Cancel: Collars reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time for any reason, including technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.
