4.1 Collars is not liable for any disputes, claims, or issues arising between the Business and members regarding the promotion.
4.2 The Business assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of information provided, including pricing, product details, and availability.
4.3 Collars does not endorse, guarantee, or assume any responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, or effectiveness of any product or service promoted through the platform.

5. Termination & Policy Changes

5.1 Failure to comply with these terms may result in the Business being prohibited from future promotions on the Collars platform.
5.2 Collars reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
